Head Coach Exorant and Assistant Coach Hashirama will also retain their position
They have earned the right to retain their spot. According to Sheep Esports sources, the five players who propelled Veni Vidi Vici to promotion in the LVP for 2025 will continue their shared journey under the organization’s banner. Zidaru “Coatpustmain” Laurentiu-Dodel, Tiago “Time” Almeida, Ismael “Miniduke” Cortés, Michael “Rayito” Curtet, and Tomislav “Thomas” Nanjara will form the VVV roster for next season's Spanish championship. While Miniduke and Rayito bring prior ERL1 experience, the upcoming season will mark the debut of the other three players in a major ERL.
This milestone is especially meaningful for Coatpustmain — the Romanian toplaner recently celebrated his 30th birthday. After years spent competing in minor ERLs (LPLOL, Hitpoint Masters, EBL) or lower tiers of major ERLs (Prime League 1st Division, Superliga 2) since the start of his career, "CPM" has finally earned the opportunity to showcase his skills at the highest level of EMEA's Tier 2. Time and Thomas have followed a similar trajectory, both having competed in the LPLOL for example, but they are significantly younger than their toplaner: the jungler is 21, and the support is 22.
A perfect Summer
As a unit, this roster delivered an exceptional second half of the 2024 season. Before their victory in the promotion/relegation tournament between Spain’s top two divisions, VVV had claimed the LVP 2 Summer Split title. Impressively, they went undefeated through all 14 regular-season matches. In the playoffs, Veni Vidi Vici advanced to the grand final without dropping a game, maintaining their flawless record. However, the organization faced its first two losses of the split in the opening rounds of the grand final.
Despite this setback, VVV staged a reverse sweep against their opponents, Stormbringers, to clinch the championship in a decisive and well-deserved fashion. While some players could have joined other teams after such a successful split — VVV played the Iberian Cup with another roster — the quintet therefore eventually stuck together. According to Sheep Esports sources, Head Coach Daniel "Exorant" Hume and Assistant Coach Bashar "Hashirama" Muhammad Kassum will also retain their position for VVV's debuts in the Spanish first division.
