Kiles will replace Dimax in the KPI Gaming roster
According to sources close to Sheep Esports, Vladyslav “Kiles” Shvets has reached a verbal agreement with Spanish organisation KPI Gaming and is set to join up with their squad before VALORANT Challengers 2024 Spain: Rising Split 2. Kiles will take the place of Dmytro “dimaxx” Paliy, who has been with KPI Gaming for seven months.
At this time it is not known what this roster move means for dimaxx, whether it be a place on the bench, a role as a sixth man or that he will be free to search for a new team. This comes after Kiles’ former employers, Case Esports, decided to release their entire roster at the end of April, citing they wish to move away from Spanish Esports.
A title to defend
Just four weeks later, Kiles, who won Champions in 2021 with Acend, already appears to have a new home. Kiles and Case came up against KPI Gaming in Split 1, facing in a tight-fought Grand-final which saw KPI come out as the victors, winning 3-2. It will be interesting to see how this change works out, will KPI be able to repeat their Split 1 victory with newcomer Kiles in the roster?
