SKA recruits Lizia, Kyanna, and the prodigy Miella, while retaining Emprez and Apollonia
SK Gaming is coming back with an attitude. After a challenging 2024, the organization has brought in key recruits to strengthen its roster on the WNB stage. If there’s one team to watch this season, it’s SK Gaming Avarosa. They’ve capitalized on the departure of key players from major organizations in the scene and secured what many consider the best ADC prospect: Mia "Miella" Steger.
The roster features Olivia "Lizia" Calistus, a standout player fresh off a successful stint with G2 Hel, where she clinched the Coupe des Étoiles in 2024 and finished second in the Equal Esports Cup. Joining her is therefore Miella, the 19-year-old prodigy widely regarded as the best ADC on the scene, who played a pivotal role in NNO’s Equal Esports Cup victory last year. Adding depth and experience to the team is Eva "Kyanna" Murn, a veteran of the game since 2015, who brings a decade of competitive insight and leadership.
Meanwhile, SK Gaming retains the synergy of Ida "Emprez" Pedersen and Dafni "Apollonia" Gkerveni, the jungle/mid duo who helped secure the Equal Esports Cup title in 2023. Though 2024 was quieter for them, their chemistry and knowledge of the organization will serve as a foundation for this revamped lineup.
