The ability's description, however, will be slightly reworded
Last week, Riot Meddler, Head of the League Studio at Riot Games, stated that Gragas’s W ability, “Drunken Rage,” would be renamed “Raucous Rage” in order to comply with certain international standards. This Tuesday, the Rioter revisited the matter, clarifying that the ability would, in fact, retain its original name, though its description would be slightly revised.

“Looks like we can go lighter on the adjustments overall while still being EU compliant,” Meddler explained on a Bluskye post. “We do need to update the ability description (remove ‘drunkenly empowered’ and adjust ‘guzzles down brew’). We also need to tweak his in client bio slightly. We don't need to change the ability name though, or his bio on Universe, so we'll be sticking with ‘Drunken Rage’ and his overall bio.”
Not an Isolated Case
As highlighted last week by Sheep Esports, this is not the first time Riot Games has made minor adjustments to conform to regional regulatory requirements. Various elements associated with champions such as Vladimir, Thresh, Karthus, Graves, Jinx, and Janna have been either altered or removed in the past. As was already stated, the upcoming change to Gragas’s W is purely semantic and will have no impact on the champion’s gameplay.
