Teddy was full stuff at 33 minutes 35 seconds and spent the next hour to farm a thousand CS only for map control.
League of Legends Champions Korea (LCK) is a league considered the strongest in the world. However, it has also long been known for offering games that are not always very spectacular, with a rather slow pace, where everything is decided in a late-game team fight. This led to one specific game that occurred in LCK 2018 Spring split between Jin Air Green Wings (JAG) and SK Telecom T1 (SKT). Well-known for being the longest game in history, it allowed Park "Teddy" Jin-seong to set a CS record that is still far from being broken. Teddy holds the record for the most CS in a single game with 1.465 CS.

JAG fought valiantly against SKT that day. After losing the first game, they pulled of an insane come back in the second game and earned them the right to upset the greatest organization of all time. Teddy and his mates decided to go for the late game and locked Sivir pretty early in their draft alongside Azir. He was facing an Ezreal/Kassadin composition. Both teams aimed for late game.

The game has been slow but not very close, as Lee "Faker" Sang-hyeok and his teammates quickly took control in the midgame, reaching a gold lead of around 14,000 and destroying the eleven enemy turrets. JAG however defended and repelled each of SKT's attacks, never really losing any teamfights. With 20 neutral objectives traded between the two teams overall (9 Baron Nashors, 6 Elder Drakes), JAG eventually regained control of the map and destroyed the enemy Nexus.
Teddy made history by becoming the first player to overcome 1.000 CS in a professional League of Legends game, surpassing the previous record of 946 CS held by Jesper "Zven" Svenningsen. SKT's AD carry, Bae "Bang" Jun-sik, also achieved an impressive 972 CS in the same game, but Teddy's performance stole the spotlight. As surprisingly as it was, he came out of this game with only one death, six kills, and six assists alongside his staggering 15.5 CS per minute. He dealt far less damage than the opponent's ADC but still took the best out of it, earning him the MVP award of the game.
At 33 minutes and 35 seconds, Teddy was already fully stuffed with 404 CS down. He had been spending the next hour farming more than a 1.000 CS to control the waves and prevent SKT from establishing map dominance without having any other item to buy. His strategic wave management was crucial in maintaining his team's position to play around objectives, ultimately contributing to their ability to regain control and secure the victory.
