Woro2k left Monte Esports earlier this year, as hades replaced him
According to sources close to Sheep Esports, Volodymyr "Woro2k" Veletnjuk has reached an agreement with Heroic's Counter Strike 2 team to replace Abdulkhalik "degster" Gasanov at the Intel Extreme Masters Cologne 2024. As reported by HLTV, the reason Degster will not be playing is due to his inability to obtain a visa for the IEM Cologne.
Ukrainian player Woro2k reached an agreement with Heroic a few days ago to play with the Danish esports organization. Degster was unable to play at the IEM Dallas, where Nico "nicoodoz" Tamjidi replaced him, and at the BLAST Premier, where coach Eetu "sAw" Saha stood in for the Russian player. Woro2k left the active roster of Monte Esports earlier this year, in 2024. The player departed from Monte Esports after a long period of successful performances with the organization.
