A New Chapter
One of the unsung heroes of Fnatic, Shaves is now set to take on a different path heading into the next competitive year. Coming in late to this off-season, sources indicate that the storied strategic coach is now headed towards the famed French organization Karmine Corp. With plenty of experience gained during his time with his previous team, Shaves is now set to represent another important weapon to be added to the team's already impressive arsenal next year.
During his time with Fnatic, the British strategic coach helped his team reach the World Championship four times in a row and has been present throughout all the team's recent roster iterations. Joining the team in the LEC, this move will mark his re-unification with head coach Jakob "YamatoCannon" Mebdi, whom he worked with for 2 consecutive years in 2021 and 2022 under Fnatic.
Coming in as the fourth new member of the team's LEC squad, Shaves will complete the team's plans for the upcoming year. Earlier in this off-season, the team was also reported to have signed former FPX coach Chou "Steak" Lu-Hsi, who is expected to represent an important pillar in the development of Zhou "Bo" Yang-Bo, the team's jungler. With Rehareha "Reha" Ramanana also being promoted from the team's LFL days, the organization is setting itself for success with a wide array of coaching talent to help shape the team into a potential LEC contender.
