A membership card will be available in both digital and physical formats until May 12
This Sunday, April 27, Movistar KOI announced at the LEC Road Trip in Madrid the launch of their members' club, called the Fénix Club Gaming. Aiming to strengthen the bond between the organization and its fanbase and to bring them even closer together, the club will offer fans of the Spanish team the opportunity to become "Founders" by purchasing an exclusive membership card, available in a digital version (€30/year) or a physical version (€40/year) until May 12.
a culturally rooted concept
This concept is quite popular in traditional sports, particularly in Spanish football, where "Socios" are an integral part of club life, even taking part in decision-making processes and enjoying various benefits. Future members of the Fénix Club will enjoy, among other perks:
- Discounts on merchandise
- Priority access to event ticket sales
- Exclusive giveaways
- Dedicated Discord channels to interact with content creators

A growing trend
Through the creation of this members' club, KOI aims to strengthen the loyalty of their community, which is already one of the most engaged in Europe, while generating revenue to help the team continue to grow and stabilize in an ecosystem that is still struggling to find its balance. In Europe, many teams follow an economic model centered around influencers and their fanbases. To name a few, Karmine Corp with Kamel "Kameto" Kebir or KOI with Ibai Llanos perfectly represent the success of this model—creating a lasting and beneficial relationship between fans and organizations.
Thousands of people have already placed their orders, and some on-site have even already received their cards, showcasing the commitment and excitement of the Spanish fans towards their club. Already in 2024, following the merger with OverActive Media, the year was financially successful. The organization continue to focus on community engagement with a loyalty program and in real life events, as seen this past weekend with the LEC in Madrid.
