Mid laner Tristan "PowerOfEvil" Schrage has just reached a verbal agreement with Eintracht Spandau to compete in the Prime League, according to Sheep Esports sources. The famously known ex-LEC/LCS German pro player is looking to make his grand return to EMEA.

A disappointing Summer for EINS

Led by Maximilian "HandOfBlood" Knabe, Eintracht Spandau (EINS) is among the most popular organizations in the Prime League.

Since becoming a part of the Prime League, EINS has had lackluster performance. Entering in 2022, the team kicked-off strong, securing a 2nd place finish and making an appearance at the EMEA Masters in their first split. Since then, the organization has struggled to live up to fan expectations. In summer of 2023, the team came close to reaching the EMEA Masters once more before faltering before the Unicorns of Love in the semifinals of the Prime League, finishing in 3rd place and missing out once more.

Now, 2024 is shaping up to be a pivotal year for Eintracht Spandau who look to turn disappointing recent performances into a redemption run. The goal: Have a deep run in the EMEA Masters.

A return to Europe

After competing in North America's League Championship Series (LCS) since 2018, the storied mid laner PowerOfEvil is back in Europe. Coming as one of this off-season's largest ERL headlines, the German mid laner is looking to join HandOfBlood's organization and bring EINS to new heights in 2024. Coming from a 1-year break, POE will look to redeem mediocre performances with Immortals in 2022 and prove himself once more in the DACH region.

As reported by Sheep Esports, sources told our writers that earlier today, the team struck an agreement to renew the contracts of jungler Nikolay "Zanzarah" Akatov and support Philipp Samuel "Lilipp" Englert. In addition to this, verbal agreements were also reached with Prime League summer MVP Johannes “Fun K3y” Werner and young top laner Maximilian "Vertigo" Rassi. With PowerOfEvil now locked-in, EINS is looking at an impressive roster whom one might see as favorites to win the Prime League.
