Park “Lospa” Joon-hyeong won’t be arriving at GIANTX Pride alone. According to Sheep Esports sources, the former FUT Esports support will be joined by his summer jungler from the Turkish team, Hakan “Ferret” Çakmak. Ferret has indeed reached a verbal agreement with the Spanish club ten days after his teammate and is expected to compete in the upcoming Superliga (LVP) season. Together with Lospa, Ferret had a challenging split in the TCL: FUT placed 6th in the regular season and managed to advance one single round in the playoffs, ultimately finishing 4th.

This result is far from Ferret’s career highlights, as the jungler has previously won the Turkish league four times with Istanbul Wildcats—in Winter 2021, Winter and Summer 2022, and Summer 2023. He achieved his first three titles when the TCL was still part of the qualifying leagues for international tournaments and hadn’t yet joined the ERL network. Ferret has played in two editions of the Mid-Season Invitational as well as Worlds 2022. However, his international record remains underwhelming, with three wins to fifteen losses, resulting in three first-round eliminations in each of these events.

Fourth player

Though Ferret has spent nearly his entire career in Turkey, he did venture beyond its borders for a split with GamerLegion in the Prime League during the Spring of 2023. He then returned to IW, but despite securing the domestic title, he couldn’t help his team defend their EMEA Masters title. After clinching the EMEA Masters in their debut at the Spring edition, Istanbul Wildcats were eliminated in the quarterfinals of the Summer event. Ferret is the fourth player of the 2025 GIANTX Pride roster, who have also chosen to retain two players: midlaner Jeong “Feisty” Seong-hoon and AD Carry Berat “Aetinoth” Tıknazoğlu, as previously reported by Sheep Esports.
