A Regional Star
Three times TCL champion, Bolulu is a name which will resonate with fans of the league. Competing with legendary organizations such as SuperMassive, Galatasaray, and Fenerbahçe, the mid laner has established himself as one of Türkiye's top regional talents over past years. After a year in North America, the player is now back to conquer his home region once again with a new team.
Last year, Bolulu joined Immortals' NACL roster, hoping to eventually rise to the top of the North American region and establish himself in the same manner that other Turkish players like Can "Closer" Çelik or Sergen "BrokenBlade" Çelik had done before. Soon getting his wish, Bolulu would be promoted to the team's starting LCS roster within only one month of competition.
Unfortunately for the Turkish mid laner, Immortals soon proved to be a dysfunctional team in which none of their players could properly shine. Failing to find their footing, Bolulu and his team would first end up in 9th place during the spring split before eventually reaching a 10th place finish in the summer split.
Returning to the Turkish region in November, Bolulu had a short stint with FUT Esports, competing in the Superdome Cairo. Following discussions in this off-season, the two parties have now decided to renew their agreements for the upcoming 2024 season, marking Bolulu's re-entrance in the TCL.
With a strong bot lane composed of Bot Laner Belan "TakeSet" Ahour and Support Batuhan "kibah" Gazier Kibar, the team seems poised for success as it readies itself for the upcoming competitive year. While SuperMassive appear to be the league's favorites at the moment, FUT could very well shape up to be a title contender depending on how they decide on filling their remaining open positions.
