The T1 skins for Worlds 2023 should be released during patch 14.16, July 30 on the PBE and August 14 on the official servers
According to the X account @LeagueOfLeaks, the release date for the T1 players skins - honoured for their victory at Worlds 2023 - would've been set for 30 July on the Public Beta Environment (PBE) servers. It would then be released on 14 August for the official servers, during patch 14.16. In addition, still according to @LeagueOfLeaks, the veil would've been lifted regarding the choice of champions who will receive a skin, in particular those selected by Ryu "Keria" Min-seok and Lee "Faker" Sang-hyeok.
Orianna for Faker, Bard for Keria
Hesitant for a long time, the support had gone so far as to carry out a poll asking its community which champion to choose between Renata Glasc and Bard. Everything seemed to point towards the Chem-Baroness, but in the final moments he apparently changed his mind and decided in favour of the Wandering Caretaker. The same was true for his teammate, now four-times world champion, who was hesitating between Ahri and Orianna. The Unkillable Demon-King, first inductee into the Riot Games Hall of Legends with a Nine-Tailed Fox skin, seems to have logically fell back on the Lady of Clockwork.
If Riot Games maintain its 2022 vision of these skin lines, there should once again be a prestige edition of the Worlds Finals MVP skin. In this case, the successor to Hwang "Kingen" Seong-hoon and his Aatrox would once again be a toplaner: Choi "Zeus" Woo-je and his Jayce. As a reminder, the youngest player in this iteration of T1 muzzled none other than the legendary Kang "TheShy" Seung-lok, achieving a KDA of 16/4/17 over the three cumulative rounds compared to 1/16/5 for his elder.
