With Ease's arrival, KCBS' VALORANT roster is now complete
The stars have aligned. Manuel "Ease" López has reached a verbal agreement with Karmine Corp Blue Stars (KCBS) on VALORANT, according to sources close to Sheep Esports. His arrival completes the roster, marking the end of KC's recruitment phase for their rookie project, which was announced on November 9.
At 21 years old, Ease is the final addition to Karmine Corp Blue Stars' VALORANT roster. Despite his young age, he is about to embark on his first season in the French league, VCL France. He began competing in VALORANT in 2020, securing numerous titles in Spain's amateur circuit. In 2023, he joined his first national league with CASE Esports, winning both splits of the year. However, his team struggled in the Ascension tournament, failing to win a single match in the group stage and finishing last with a 0-4 record.
Following these disappointing results, Ease moved to Onyx Ravens in 2024, competing in the Saudi Arabian league. The season centered around two splits featuring teams from the MENA region and four Majors not organized by Riot Games. While they didn't claim any split or Major titles, Ease and his team consistently performed well, securing finishes between 5th and 2nd place.
Known for his versatility, Ease primarily played initiators like Breach and KAY/O in 2024 but is also capable of adapting to Duelists or Sentinels depending on his team's composition.
