Sotsy is the final addition to Ramboot's new roster for the Spring Split
Ramboot Club (RBT) has reached a verbal agreement with toplaner John "Sotsy" Sicre for the upcoming LVP season, according to sources close to Sheep Esports. The organization held numerous tryouts for the top lane during the offseason and had also considered keeping Marcin "iBo" Lebuda or going with Laurentiu-Dodel "CPM" Zidaru or Achille "Tyrone" Matrone.
The news comes as no surprise, given that the team had already decided to change players in the four other positions. iBo, the team's toplaner throughout the 2024 season and the only player to remain on the roster at the start of 2025, had already indicated on social media a few days ago that he was also on the market and looking for a new team.

The arrivals of Magnus "MAXI" Kristensen, João "Baca" Bigas, and Rhuckz already brought a wealth of experience to the team. Sotsy, at 26 years old, further reinforces this philosophy—though iBo also shared this trait with his decade-long career. Sotsy returns to the Superliga after playing for LUA Gaming in 2024, where he won the Spring Split in Division 2 and witnessed the club’s promotion to the first division in Summer. However, results were naturally less impressive at that level, with the team finishing in 8th place. He ended the year on a higher note, reaching the Iberian Cup semifinals.
Earlier this year, he competed in the HLL with WLGaming Esports, finishing fourth in the Winter Split. Interestingly, his move to Ramboot now opens the door for iBo to step in. On Thursday, the veteran confirmed on his X account that he had been locked in by the Greek team, aiming for EMEA Masters qualification this Spring.
