The reigning EMEA Masters champions have completed their 2025 roster
Lucjan "Shlatan" Ahmad, who played for NNO Prime in the Prime League this year, has reached an agreement to join Team BDS Academy in the LFL next year, according to Sheep Esports sources. Returning to the LFL after a year away, the talented Polish jungler isn't just BDSA's final move — with Shlatan joining the league, every LFL roster is now complete. The LFL is considered the pinnacle of ERL competition, and it is now ready to head into the 2025 season.
BDSA also considered Stefan "Stefan" Nikolić, who also tried out for GIANTX's LEC roster. Apparently, his performances this year on DSYRE in the LIT and on Twisted Minds in the Arabian League drew attention from across EMEA. Bruno "Bruno" Llaó Borrego, a Spanish rookie who has yet to make his ERL debut, was also an option for the position.
A complete rebuild
Shlatan is filling the position of Rudy “SkewMond” Semaan, who is set to join G2 Esports in the LEC next year — in fact, four out of five of last year's BDSA roster are set to be promoted to the LEC. In terms of results, 2024 was extremely dominant for BDSA: the French organization won the Spring regular season, but faltered in the playoffs finals; placed top 4 at the Spring EMEA Masters; won the Summer regular season and the Summer playoffs; and won the Summer EMEA Masters. Though Tim "Keduii" Willers is set to remain in the LFL, he will play for BK ROG, not BDSA — with their full rebuild complete, the team must now try to live up to their incredible 2024 performance.
