According to sources close to Sheep Esports, Nikolaj "DenVoksne" Meilby has reached a verbal agreement with Unicorns of Love Sexy Edition (USE) in the Prime League. The AD Carry is the first player to join the German organization’s roster for 2025. After winning the NLC Summer Split three times with three different teams between 2021 and 2023 (Tricked Esports, Dusty, and Nativz), the Danish player joined the Superliga with Case Esports at the start of 2024.

Following a fourth place finish in the Spring, Denvoksne found himself without a team following the announcement of CASE's withdrawal from the competition. He then joined Macko Esports in the Italian league (LIT) and nearly nailed the perfect split with only one game lost in the playoffs.

Time to conquer a major ERL

At EMEA Masters this summer, MCK did reach the quarter-finals after making it out of the Swiss Stage (4-3) and winning their first match against their eternal rivals (Dsyre, 3-2). They even came within a whisker of qualifying for the semi-finals (2-3 against Team GO). After lifting the trophies of two minor ERLs, it may be time for the AD Carry to prove himself on a bigger stage. He should be well surrounded by seaz who already won the Prime League in 2021, with BIG.

On the other hand, Unicorns of Love Sexy Edition should still have high ambitions, as they won both Summer Split and the Pokal this year. It was the organization’s second Cup won since they also lifted it in 2023 and their third victorious Split (Spring 2023 and Summer 2022). The team might also be keen to finally bring success back to the Prime League on the EMEA Masters’ stage, as they underperformed after reaching the final in Spring 2023 - by failing to qualify for quarter-finals two times for the last two Summer Splits.
