The victory generates €1 million in revenue (merch, sponsor bonuses, and cash prizes).
In a lengthy LinkedIn post, Karmine Corp CEO Arthur Perticoz reflected on his team’s LEC victory and its impact. KC became the first French club to win the LEC and only the fourth to do so in the LEC’s era, alongside G2 Esports, MAD Lions (now Movistar KOI) and Rogue —Fnatic, and Alliance are the only three teams who won the former version of European League of Legends elite, the LCS EU. Arthur focused on the team’s rapid rise, going from a 10th-place finish in Winter and Spring 2024 to champions in Winter 2025.

He discussed viewership numbers, highlighting that Kamel "Kameto" Kebir's stream set a personal esports record with 237,000 concurrent viewers. Overall, across all streams, the final peaked at over 800,000 concurrent viewers, making it the second most-watched match in LEC history.
Developing talent
Even more impressive, Karmine Corp generated over €1 million in total revenue following their LEC victory. This figure comes from a combination of merchandise sales, sponsor bonuses, and prize money earned from both the LEC and their upcoming participation in the First Stand. This financial milestone highlights the club’s growing influence and commercial success, reinforcing its position as a major force in European League of Legends.
Arthur also praised Karmine Corp’s model and vision, emphasizing the club’s commitment to developing talent. Three out of the five LEC players proved themselves in the LFL before making the jump to the top level, and the same goes for the three coaches, all of whom came from the team’s academy roster. This structured approach to talent development is even more impressive considering Karmine Corp operates with only the seventh-largest budget in the league.
