KC, G2, and KCB are the only full-Challenger teams in Europe, while Caliste dominates the solo queue ladder
As noticed by DPM.lol, only three teams in Europe have rosters composed entirely of Challenger players in SoloQ: Karmine Corp (LEC), G2 Esports (LEC), and Karmine Corp Blue (LFL). This highlights the quality of their players and reflects both organizations’ commitment to recruiting individuals with an outstanding work ethic. Each player consistently grinds the solo queue ladder on their main accounts, even outside of scrim blocks, demonstrating their dedication to continuous improvement.
With a 66.2% win rate and 1,626 LP as of January 29, Caliste "Caliste" Henry-Hennebert currently dominates the European solo queue ladder. The young prodigy is renowned for his exceptional solo queue performances and has been turning heads just two weeks into his rookie year in the LEC. At only 18 years old, he could serve as a source of motivation for veteran players in the league, who now find themselves challenged by the new generation. His impact will need to be felt not only in the LEC but also on the European ladder.
