Both EMEA Masters finalists are in their first split in a first-division ERL
Los Ratones clean-swept Team Phantasma to secure their spot in the EMEA Masters final, where they will face Ici Japon Corp Esport tomorrow at 5 PM CET for the title. In their very first split, LR have already conquered the Northern League of Legends Championship (NLC) to qualify for EMEA, making this debut season an undeniable success for Marc Robert "Caedrel" Lamont’s team. After a hard-fought 3-2 victory over Papara SuperMassive in the quarterfinals, they now take down Team Phantasma, the squad that previously eliminated Los Heretics.

Baus the boss
Game 1 was a close contest between both teams, but Los Ratones managed to take control thanks to Tim "Nemesis" Lipovšek’s Azir and an outstanding performance from Simon "Baus" Hofverberg on Gragas. Opting for an aggressive build with high mobility, the Swedish toplaner excelled in side lane play. In Game 2, Baus was responsible for seven of LR’s eight total deaths, but it hardly mattered. By drawing so much pressure from Team Phantasma, he allowed the rest of the map to dominate uncontested—the jungle, mid, and ADC trio didn’t die a single time.
Game 3 initially looked heavily in favor of the Greek champions, as they built up a 3k gold lead early on. However, a crucial fight around the 18-minute mark completely shifted the momentum in Los Ratones’ favor, allowing them to secure the Atakan soon after. The sheer damage output from Nemesis’ Jayce and Juš "Crownie" Marušič’s Jhin proved too much for Team Phantasma to handle. With a masterful performance on Bard, Martin "Rekkles" Larsson and his teammates sealed the series, eliminating TP, who exit the competition with their heads held high.
