Caliste achieves 134 kills in a single split.
One of the most promising talents in recent ERL history, Caliste "Caliste" Henry-Hennebert continues to turn heads as he achieved yet another record on Thursday. With two more games still to play in the LFL (France) regular season, the 17-year-old prodigy has broken the record for most kills in a single split—a record he already previously held.
Dominance over the LFL
In a satisfying victory last night, Karmine Corp Blue bested Gentle Mates in one of the bloodiest games of the week. Racking up a total of 7 kills during the game, Caliste not only defeated one of the organization's rival teams but also broke his own record, achieving 134 kills in a single split.
However, the kill count is not the only record that Caliste has broken this split. While the young French player continues to meet expectations, he also ensures that he exceeds them. This split, Caliste currently sits at the top of several stats. Notably, he holds the record for most damage dealt per minute, with an average of 914 dmg/min. At the time of writing, Caliste continues to show impressive laning stats, maintaining CS leads at 15 minutes in 87.5% of the games he has played, while also holding the highest CS and XP differentials at 15 minutes in the league.
Eyes on the EMEA Masters
Though Karmine Corp Blue still has a score to settle with Team BDS Academy in the LFL 2024 Summer Playoffs, all eyes are now on the upcoming EMEA Masters. After a disappointing quarterfinal elimination at the hands of Geekay Esports in the spring, Caliste and his team are returning to the competition with more determination than ever before.
Poised for a promotion to the LEC next year, the 17-year-old AD Carry aims to lead his team to another trophy, hoping to secure his second EMEA Masters title before moving up to the big leagues. Caliste will turn 18 on August 28th, making him eligible to join the organization's main roster in preparation for the 2025 competitive season.
