This Wednesday started the League of Legends Worlds 2024 in Berlin. The first stage of the month-long competition, the play-in round from September 25 to 29, pits eight teams against each other in a double-elimination bracket: MAD Lions KOI, Vikings Esports, PSG Talon, paIN Gaming, GAM Esports, Fukuoka SoftBank HAWKS gaming, 100 Thieves and Rainbow 7. The top four teams from this preliminary round will join 16 other organizations in the Swiss Stage.
