The two Spring EMEA Masters finalists are in the same LCQ group this Summer
The four Last Chance Qualifier groups for the EMEA Masters Summer 2024 were drawn this Tuesday evening. These four groups are made up of eight teams each, in a single-elimination bracket. The winner of each group will qualify for the EMEA Masters Main Event, with the 28 best League of Legends teams on the ERL circuit. The matches will be played in BO3, with the exception of the final of each group, which will be played in BO5.
On paper, Group B is by far the most competitive. The eight teams in the group include the winner of the Spring EMEA Masters, Eintracht Spandau (Prime League), as well as last edition's other finalist, Besiktas Esports of TCL. These two teams could meet again in the second round of the LCQ. But they are not the only big names in the group, as Team GO, the LFL's seed 4, is also a regular member of the EMEA Masters Main Event.
