Zest is set to make his LFL debut next year.
Kim "Zest" Dong-min has reached an agreement to join GameWard in the LFL ahead of the 2025 season, according to Sheep Esports sources. Zest, a 20-year-old Korean toplaner, most recently played for Dark Passage in the TCL — with Zest, DP achieved a second-place finish, their highest placement since 2020, and qualified for their first EMEA Masters. Zest also had several options in the TCL but decided to join the LFL in the end.
Third player
GameWard are already reported to have locked Matias “Matias” Manchin-Opheltes and Théo “HONOR” Magania in the botlane, hoping to improve on middling results in the LFL last year by reuniting a successful LFL Div2 botlane duo. Though Zest only saw middling results in the LCK CL with Gen.G Challengers, his performance with Dark Passage qualifying for the EMEA Masters knockout stage impressed GameWard enough to earn him a spot in the LFL.
GameWard's 2025 reported roster:
Top: Kim "Zest" Dong-mi
Jungle: ?
Mid: ?
Bot: Matias “Matias” Manchin-Opheltes
Support: Théo “HONOR” Magania
