paTiTek's standout performance as a stand-in for Team Heretics at Masters:Shanghai helped earn him a starting spot on a VCT team.
Patryk "paTiTek" Fabrowski has reached a verbal agreement with Team Liquid to join its roster in VCT EMEA ahead of the 2025 season. While playing as a substitute for Team Heretics through April of this year, paTiTek played a number of sporadic matches, but Team Liquid will be his VCT debut as a starter.
paTiTek drew global attention after a narrow second place finish at VCT Masters: Shanghai earlier this year with Team Heretics — not as one of the regular fixtures of the roster, but as a stand-in for Dominykas "MiniBoo" Lukaševičius, who took a hiatus from competitive play for his mental health. His impressive performance despite the adverse circumstances — and international-class competition — drew interest from teams in Americas and EMEA, ultimately earning him a well-deserved spot on a VCT EMEA roster.
Sheep Esports previously reported that Maks "kamyk" Rychlewski is set to join TL — considering that Ayaz “nAts” Akhmetshin and Georgio “Keiko” Sanassy plan to stay on the team, only one position remains unfilled on Team Liquid. As the organization finalizes its roster, Sheep Esports will continue to report on the VCT offseason in the Americas and EMEA.
Editor's note: This article originally didn't acknowledge previous reporting about Kamyk moving to Team Liquid. The text has been adjusted to including that reporting.
