Teams competing at Worlds, especially from the West, are always at a disadvantage going into the offseason — many players make early decisions, not bothering to wait for the Worlds teams' plans. However, that doesn't mean these teams are unable to iterate upon their roster. According to sources close to Sheep Esports, Oh "Noah" Hyeon-taek has been permitted to listen to offers from other teams next year; it looks likely that he won't be with Fnatic in the LEC next year.

Noah is reportedly already in talks with other LEC teams, which suggests that we will continue to see the Korean ADC compete in EMEA, just on a different team. Fnatic, on the other hand, seem to be exploring many options for their botside, having already committed to their toplaner with the contract renewal of Oscar "Oscarinin" Muñoz Jiménez reported by Sheep Esports.

Noah has been one of the most talked-about players in the LEC this year. The Korean ADC has been both a point of praise and criticism during the rollercoaster of emotions that has been Fnatic's year. Still, their results were solid — they finished third in the Winter split and second in the Spring Split, Summer Split, and Season Finals. Noah has been one of the best at his position in the LEC, proving himself capable of challenging Europe's best botlanes. However, G2 Esports were always a step ahead, and the LEC trophy has remained continued to elude Fnatic, as it has the departure of Rasmus "Caps" Winther in 2018.

New coaching staff?

After falling short of the LEC championship again and again — on top of disappointing international performances — Fnatic have reportedly decided to scour the market for the players necessary to earn them the LEC trophy once more. The botlane is not the only role that Fnatic will have to work on in the offseason: the contracts of their coaching staff, comprised of Tomáš "Nightshare" Kněžínek as Head Coach and Pablo "Gaax" Vegas Pérez as Assistant Coach, expire this year. Fnatic will have to decide whether they want to re-sign or retain their coaching staff before they finalize their 2025 plans.
