Exofeng is one of the oldest professional player still active, starting his career in 2013
Raymond "Kasing" Tsang and Mario "Exofeng" Emilov Strugov are set to join forces as Bulldogs Esports' bot lane in the NLC for the 2025 season. Sources confirmed this to Sheep Esports on Sunday, and the organization officially announced the news while writing this article. The veteran and rookie will play together for the first time, forming the core of a roster that Bulldogs Esports is building from scratch.
Kasing: A Decorated Veteran Returns to the NLC
The NLC will welcome back a legendary veteran of the game. Support player Kasing, now 31 years old, is returning to the league with a long career that spans over a decade.
Kasing began his journey twelve years ago and quickly rose to prominence, competing with some of Europe’s most iconic teams. His early career highlights include:
- 2014: Played alongside Carlos "Ocelote" Rodríguez Santiago at Gamers2 (before the G2 Esports rebrand).
- 2015: Competed with Luka "Perkz" Perković in the EUCS Qualifier before joining H2k-Gaming. With H2k, he achieved 3rd place in both the EU LCS Spring and Summer Splits and represented the team at the World Championship.
- 2016: Played for Team Vitality, securing another 3rd place in the EU LCS Spring Split.
- 2018: Achieved 3rd place with Splyce in the EU LCS Spring Split but missed out on Worlds after being eliminated in the first round of playoffs in Summer.
In his later career, Kasing remained a force in ERLs:
- 2021: Won the Iberian Cup with Vodafone Giants.
- 2022: Won the NLC Spring Split with X7 Esports, reaching the European Masters quarterfinals in both Spring and Summer.
- 2024: Captured another NLC Spring title.
Now, in 2025, Kasing joins a revamped NLC league with several other storied LEC veterans playing in the league. He will notably face-off players like his former LEC colleague Carl Martin Erik "Rekkles" Larsson, now support for Los Ratones, in the bot lane.
Exofeng: A Rising Star in ERLs
At just 17 years old, Mario "Exofeng" Emilov Strugov is entering the NLC as one of its most exciting rookie prospects. After spending 2024 with Maverix in the Czech and Slovak ERL, Exofeng made a name for himself as a talented ADC. He also got attention recently in the offseason as he participated in the Karmine Corp Blue Stars tryouts in the LFL Division 2, as reported by Sheep Esports last month.
His journey so far includes:
- 2024: Joined Maverix as a substitute in June, earning a starting spot by September for the Hitpoint Winter 2024 Main Event.
- Achieved 1,238 LP in Challenger during Split 3, ranking 50th on EUW and 2nd in Bulgaria.
- Known for his mastery of Draven, with a popular Mobafire guide showcasing to share his knowledge.
Paired with Kasing, Exofeng will have the opportunity to learn from a seasoned veteran in the NLC. With an unprecedented 14-year age gap between them, their dynamic almost resembles a father-and-son relationship owo.
Bulldogs Esports: A returning organization
Bulldogs Esports, one of the first organizations to compete in the UKLC, is returning to the NLC after stepping away in late 2021. Taking over the spot left by Nativz, who exited after two years in the league, Bulldogs is building a new roster from the ground up.
Their full roster for the 2025 season has been announced as follows:
- Top: Nikolas "Mietek" Nowak
- Jungle: Luís Miguel "Lulas" da Silva Azevedo
- Mid: Armin "Kaymin" Kaymer
- AD Carry: Mario "Exofeng" Emilov Strugov
- Support: Raymond "Kasing" Tsang
