Innaxe will be the ADC for Agurin's new team, which has taken over NNO's slot in the Prime League.
Nihat "Innaxe" Aliev is set to join Muhammed “Agurin” Kocak’s team in the Prime League as their AD Carry for the 2025 season, sources tell Sheep Esports on Wednesday. He is expected to join instead of Jona “Reptile” Fritz, who had previously been reported as the team’s ADC.
Innaxe, back in the game
Innaxe has finally found a team after a long offseason. The Bulgarian AD Carry was close to join Ici Japon Corp in the LFL last October. More recently, he was also part of the final process to join NORD Esports in the NLC, who ended up picking another former LEC player.
At 25 years old, Innaxe is not ready to hang up his gloves and aims to prove he still belongs at the top level. His 2024 season was challenging: after joining Solary's roster for the Spring Split, his team finished 7th, narrowly missing the playoffs. Released mid-season without a buyout and replaced by Belan "TakeSet" Ahour, he moved to Team du Sud, another team struggling at the bottom of the standings. Despite helping them avoid relegation with a 9th-place finish, he ended his Summer Split with a disappointing 4-14 record. This was in a fiercely competitive LFL season, dominated by powerhouses like BDS Academy and Karmine Corp Blue.
This marks the end of his stint in the LFL, where he first arrived in 2021 with GamersOrigin (now rebranded as Gallions). It’s also worth noting that he is a former LEC player, having competed with Schalke 04 in 2020, and participated in Worlds 2019's Play-ins with Unicorns of Love.
A project with no drama
Although the reason for the botlane player change remains unclear, Reptile had a controversial year in 2023, playing for Fnatic TQ and facing issues related to the name of one of his in-game accounts. Replacing him with Innaxe ensures a competitive and reliable ADC. Alongside Agurin, they form the foundation of an experienced roster beloved by fans, within an organization still without a name, but that should surely benefit from a strong and dedicated fanbase holding the spirit of NNO.
