After finishing in third place three times in the LEC, Team BDS has secured its carries for the 2025 season
Sources have told Sheep Esports Yoon "Ice" Sang-hoon and Ilias "nuc" Bizriken have reached a verbal agreement to extend their contracts with Team BDS. After consistently ranking among the top four — if not three — organizations in the LEC this year, Team BDS has secured its two main carries. They both were the organization's first choice for their starting roster next year.
Nuc has demonstrated throughout the season that he possesses the skill to be among the very best in his role. He is set to embark on his fourth year with Team BDS alongside Ice in the bot lane, who also had a stellar year in the LEC. After replacing Crownie ahead of the 2024 season, Ice has established himself as a dominant player capable of influencing the outcome of games single-handedly.
BDS’s project is taking shape with the extension of these two players, complemented by the arrival of Irrelevant in the top lane. It seems the organization has already secured most of its roster early in the offseason — other top teams like G2 Esports, Fnatic, and Mad Lions KOI are unable to actively participate in the transfer market while competing at Worlds 2024.
As BDS makes its final decisions about its roster and coaching staff, Sheep Esports will report on any updates. To keep up with the offseason at large, check out the Sheep Esports Transfers Hub.
