Sources: Hantera and 113 to reunite in BK ROG Esports

After one year apart, the former Karmine Corp rookies get back together

The French Support Jules "Hantera“ Bourgeois has reached a verbal agreement with BK ROG Esports in the LFL, according to Sheep Esports sources. He will be reuniting with former Karmine Corp teammate Jungler Doğukan "113" Balcı, as reported by Sheep Esports.

Other players considered by BK ROG for the support position were Kim “Winsome” Dong-keon, Jeong “kabbie” Sang-hyeon as well as Kamil “kamilius” Košťál.

The player hails from the French organization Aegis in the LFL and secured sixth place in the LFL 2023 Summer Playoffs. Aegis' notable achievements in 2023 include finishing the regular LFL 2023 Spring Split in second place, followed by a third-place finish in the subsequent playoffs. Additionally, the team's performance in the EMEA Masters Play-Ins earned them a spot in the EMEA Masters Main Event.

A most welcome reunion

113 and Hantera are finally reuniting after a year apart. While Hantera played for Aegis in the LFL, 113 played with Astralis in the LEC. Both players played for Karmine Corp in 2022. While both players couldn't make it to the EMEA Masters the summer of that year, they did lift the trophy the previous split.

While other organizations, such as "Team Du Sud" and Karmine Corp Academy, were in consideration for Hantera, it appears that BK ROG has successfully secured the services of the support player for the upcoming season.
