Midlaner Jérémy "Eika" Valdenaire has reached a verbal agreement with Gentle Mates in the LFL, sources tell Sheep Esports. The French organization led by Squeezie, Gotaga & Brawks are the latest organization to join the league as they took over LDLC OL's spot.

Gentle Mates are joining the league with high ambitions. The organization is targeting several high profile French players. They will also have a gaming house in Paris, a very attractive asset for pro players. It is rare to have since the downgrade of the economic situation within esports.

Eika is the first player to join the roster, a strategy similar to Eika's former team, Aegis. While Aegis finished sixth place in the Summer playoffs of the LFL, Eika has had a very long career by even having stints in both the LEC and LCS.
