After competing with BK ROG Esports in the first half of the year, 113 is now set to reunite with the Blue Wall. Though the player was still contracted to his former organization until the end of the year, unprecedented circumstances led to a scenario in which the player was successfully sold to Karmine Corp after 113 offered to pay himself a part of his own buyout out of a desire to play for KC once more.
Though BKR achieved decent results in the LFL, the team eventually failed to meet the expectations it had set for itself in the spring season. Remaining in first place for a large portion of the group stage, the team eventually struggled towards the end of the season before eventually ending in a disappointing 5th place during the LFL playoffs.
The Turkish jungler’s history with the Blue Wall can be traced back to 2022, when Karmine Corp won its third EMEA Masters title, along with star bot laner Carl Martin Erik "Rekkles" Larsson. While that year was not the most successful for the organization, notably due to poor results in the summer split, 113 still holds a storied legacy with the organization. After his tenure with the Blue Wall, he went on to play for Astralis in the LEC, where he would go on to perform beyond initial expectations.
Sources indicate that Karmine Corp did not make this change lightly. The team showed interest in Cinkrof, another veteran of the organization. Earlier in the off-season, the team also considered Nicolai "nicolaiy" Garkov and Enes "Rhilech" Uçan, who both eventually fell out of contention. Sources indicate that the final decision was to be made between Stefan "Stefan" Nikolić and 113, out of which, the latter ended up coming on top.
