Trayton's SoloQ Challenge will feature 40 streamers and players competing in teams of 4 for a cash prize of €10 000
The SoloQ Challenge is back in France. After a successful edition last year, Riot Games has entrusted Jean "Trayton" Medzadourian, a renowned French streamer and caster for OTP, with organizing the event. The concept is simple: be the best player in the challenge by accumulating the maximum number of points (LPS) for your team among the forty participating streamers and professional players. The challenge will take place from September 3rd to 24th, and each participant will have the freedom to stream their perspective live. Results will be tracked in real time via the dedicated website.
This year, the event will feature teams. Kamel "Kameto" Kebir, César "Wakz" Hugues, Dylan "Tiky" Sorrentino are designated as captains and will have the opportunity, during a draft streamed live, to choose their players to form teams of approximately ten players each. Each player will contribute a number of LPS points to their team. The sum of these points will make up the team's score, and the team with the most points will win the challenge.
The rules for the cash prize are still somewhat unclear and will be clarified in the coming days. What is confirmed so far is that the cash prize will award the grand winner €10,000. Additionally, each top performer in their role will also receive a reward. Thanks to the team system, each member of the winning team will also receive a share of the cash prize.
