Article 1 – Organizing Company

The company Sheep Esports SRL, registered under BE1001.772.250 and located at Avenue Louis Lepoutre 38 – 1050 Brussels, is organizing a Giveaway titled "Holy x Sheep Esports Giveaway" (hereinafter referred to as the "Giveaway") in partnership with the Holy brand, accessible to participants under the terms defined below.

Article 2 – Eligibility Requirements

The Giveaway is open to any adult resident of a European Union country who has the legal capacity to participate and has made an online purchase of Holy products using one of the following codes:

Using one of these codes during the purchase automatically grants one entry into the prize draw. Participants must meet the purchase conditions and comply with these rules to validate their entry.

Article 3 – Giveaway Duration

The Giveaway will run from November 7, 2024, to December 6, 2024, inclusive. Any order placed after this period will not be eligible for the Giveaway.

Article 4 – Entry Process

To participate in the Giveways, each participant must:

Article 5 – Winner Selection

A random draw will be conducted at the end of the Giveaway to select one (1) winner from all valid entries. The draw will take place on December 10, 2024, under the supervision of a representative from Sheep Esports SRL.

Article 6 – Prize

The winner will receive a prize valued at approximately €800, consisting of a year’s supply of Holy products. The exact contents of the prize (types and quantities of products) will be specified by Holy and may be adjusted to suit the winner’s preferences within the total value limit.

Article 7 – Prize Distribution

The winner will be contacted by email or phone within seven (7) days following the draw. If there is no response within fifteen (15) days, Sheep Esports SRL reserves the right to conduct a new draw to award the prize to another participant.

The prize will be sent free of charge to the winner’s residence within thirty (30) days after confirming their address.

Article 8 – Personal Data Protection

Information collected for Giveaway participation is necessary to validate entries. This data is intended exclusively for Sheep Esports SRL and will not be used for commercial purposes without the prior consent of the participants.

Personal data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Each participant has the right to access, rectify, and delete their data by contacting Sheep Esports SRL at: ronan.bras@sheepesports.com.

Article 9 – Liability

Sheep Esports SRL and Holy disclaim any liability for internet network malfunctions or any technical issues preventing access to and/or participation in the Giveaway.

In case of force majeure or exceptional circumstances, Sheep Esports SRL reserves the right to postpone, modify, shorten, or cancel the Giveaway, without participants being entitled to any compensation.

Article 10 – Disputes

These rules are governed by the law of the country in which Sheep Esports SRL is domiciled. Any claim related to the Giveaway must be submitted in writing within thirty (30) days following the end of the Giveaway.

In the event of a dispute that cannot be settled amicably, the competent courts will be those of the country in which Sheep Esports SRL is domiciled, unless otherwise required by law.
