Faker won 10 out of the 16 LCK finals he played
The League of Legends Champions Korea (LCK) is widely regarded as the most prestigious and competitive league in the world of esports. It has consistently produced some of the most skilled and strategic teams ever. The level of play in the LCK is unmatched - except by LPL - with teams and players known for their disciplined approach. The league has a rich history of producing world-class players and has become a proving ground for the best Koreans talent. But despite the league's stacked competition, Lee "Faker" Sang-hyeok has proven himself time and time again over the years, standing above the rest by winning the LCK title far more than any other player.
Faker: the Record-Breaking Demon King
Faker and T1 have won the most LCK titles, with ten championships since 2013. Faker is the only player to own this many titles, all while playing exclusively for T1, formerly SK Telecom T1, and with different teammates each time. The proof of his dominance is in the numbers— he has played in a total of 16 LCK finals. This milestone is particularly impressive, as Faker won his first title over a decade ago and is still playing as one of the best midlaners in the world. Here is the full list of Faker and T1's LCK titles:
- 2013 Summer
- 2013–14 Winter
- 2015 Spring
- 2015 Summer
- 2016 Spring
- 2017 Spring
- 2019 Spring
- 2019 Summer
- 2020 Spring
- 2022 Spring
He should be holding this record for a while as the second most entitled players in LCK are Han "Peanut" Wang-ho and Kim "Khan" Dong-ha both holding six titles. Fun fact, they both won one with Faker on their side.
T1 shares the same record as Faker, holding the most titles as an organization and standing far above the competition. The second-most successful team is Gen.G, with five titles.
The list will be updated regularly. Last updated on August 29.
